Features of FZ-LLC:

- FZ-LLC should have a minimum of one director, manager, and company representative or negotiator (one person can be the manager, director, and negotiator).
- Capital contributed for FZ LLC can be used for company's operations after the incorporation process and license issuance.
- FZ LLC has special implemented rules and regulations.
Features of Branch Office:
- Branch is usually an extension of the Parent company
- They don't require any minimum capital
- Audited financials are not submitted to the FZ authority
- No specially implemented rules & regulations in the Free Zone.
- Branch can appoint only a manager.
- Profits are taxed as per the laws prevailing in the country of the parent company.
